🌿 What To Expect At Little Nettles

Forest School Family Sessions are shared outdoor experiences where children and adults learn, explore, and play side-by-side.

Led by qualified Forest School leaders, sessions are:

• Child-led and play-based
• Gentle and unhurried
• Focused on curiosity, confidence, and connection

Parents stay for the whole session and take part alongside their child.

🍃 What Will We Do?

Activities change with the seasons and children’s interests, but may include:

• Mud kitchen play
• Nature crafts and creativity
• Mini den building
• Storytelling in the woods
• Bug hunting and nature spotting
• Campfire snacks (when appropriate)
• Songs, rhymes, and circle time

There’s no pressure to “join in” — children explore at their own pace.

No previous Forest School experience needed. Bring your enthusiasm or anticipation, all emotions welcome here!
